2) transfers of hundred percent of shares of societies 2, 3;

6. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) approval of charters of societies 1, 2, 3;

2) state registration of societies 1, 2, 3 in judicial authorities of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) transfer to the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of society 1;

4) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

6-1. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) to place the announced shares of Kazagroinnovation joint-stock company limited on hand (further - society) in number of 2000 (two thousand) pieces on the amount 1000501010, of 68 tenges (one billion five hundred one thousand ten tenges sixty eight tiyn) by means of their forced withdrawal in property of the state on account of repayment of tax debt of society;

2) to provide registration of the right of state-owned property for shares in system of registers of shareholders of society behind Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

7. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

8. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
