1. Approve the Procedure and conditions of payment of the one-time monetary assistance in case of death (death) or disability of the volunteer owing to the wound (contusion, injury or injuries) sustained during provision of the volunteer help in the area of conducting anti-terrorist operation, implementation of actions for ensuring national security and defense, repulse and control of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, fighting and armed conflict which are applied.

2. Bring in resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 20, 2014 No. 413 "About approval of the Procedure for provision of participant status of fighting to persons who protected independence sovereignty and territorial integrity of Ukraine and were directly involved in anti-terrorist operation, ensuring its carrying out" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 73, Art. 2068; 2015, No. 22, the Art. 605, No. 50, the Art. 1600) and of September 10, 2014 No. 416 "Some questions of Public service of Ukraine for veterans of war and participants of anti-terrorist operation" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2014, No. 74, Art. 2084; 2015, No. 49, the Art. 1575) changes which are applied.
