Determine that rates for the electrical energy made in the territory of the Republic of Belarus from renewable energy resources by the legal entities who are not part of the national production association of power industry of Belenergo, and individual entrepreneurs and released to the power supplying organizations of this consolidation are established at price level on electrical energy for the industrial and equated to them consumers with the attached capacity to 750 kV · And, established and indexed on change in the exchange rate of Belarusian ruble in relation to US dollar according to the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of February 28, 2011 No. 24 "About determination of procedure for price indexation on natural gas and rates for electrical and heat energy" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 32, 8/23423), using coefficients:

1.1. for installations on use of the renewable energy resources (further - installations) put into operation till May 20, 2015 or creation of which is performed based on prisoners and registered in accordance with the established procedure before the specified date of investment agreements:

1.1.1. with wind energy use:

the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations - 1,3;

the next ten years of operation of installations - 0,85;

over twenty years of operation of installations - 0,45;

1.1.2. with energy use of natural movement of water flows:

the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations - 1,1;

the next ten years of operation of installations - 0,85;

over twenty years of operation of installations - 0,45;

1.1.3. with energy use of wood fuel and other types of biomass:

the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations - 1,3;

the next ten years of operation of installations - 0,85;

over twenty years of operation of installations - 0,6;

1.1.4. with biogas energy use:

the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations - 1,3;

the next ten years of operation of installations - 0,85;

over twenty years of operation of installations - 0,6;

1.1.5. with energy use of the sun:

the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations - 2,7;

the next ten years of operation of installations - 0,85;

over twenty years of operation of installations - 0,45;

1.1.6. with use of heat of the earth and other power sources which are not relating to non-renewable:

the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations - 1,3;

the next ten years of operation of installations - 0,85;

over twenty years of operation of installations - 0,45;

1.1-1. for installations regardless of type of the renewable energy resources created only for energy ensuring economic activity of legal entities and individual entrepreneurs out of the quotas for creation of installations allocated in accordance with the established procedure and put into operation after August 20, 2015 except for specified in subitem 1.1 of this Item:

the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations - 0,7;

the next ten years of operation - 0,6;

over twenty years of operation of installations - 0,45;

1.2. for the installations put into operation during the period from May 21, 2015 to August 20, 2015 or created within the quotas for creation of installations allocated in 2015 in accordance with the established procedure and put into operation during the period from August 21, 2015 to December 31, 2018:

1.2.1. with energy use of wind regardless of electric power:

1.2.1.1. the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations with the actual service life of the equipment from the date of production:

less than five years - 1,2;

more than five years - 1,05;

1.2.1.2. the next ten years of operation of installations - 0,75;

1.2.1.3. over twenty years of operation of installations - 0,45;

1.2.2. with energy use of natural movement of water flows:

1.2.2.1. the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations by electric power:

to 300 kilowatts inclusive - 1,2;

from 301 kilowatts to 2 megawatts inclusive - 1,15;

more than 2 megawatts - 1,1;

1.2.2.2. the next ten years of operation of installations - 0,75;

1.2.2.3. over twenty years of operation of installations - 0,45;

1.2.3.1. the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations by electric power:

from 301 kilowatts to 2 megawatts inclusive - 1,25;

1.2.5.2. the next ten years of operation of installations - 0,75;

1.2.5.3. over twenty years of operation of installations - 0,45;

1.2.6. with use of heat of the earth and other power sources which are not relating to non-renewable:

1.2.6.1. the first ten years from the date of commissioning of installations by electric power:

to 300 kilowatts inclusive - 1,2;

from 301 kilowatts to 2 megawatts inclusive - 1,15;

over 2 megawatts - 1,1;
