1. Approve the enclosed Requirements to use of information and communication technologies and ensuring information security under the organization of activities of credit bureaus, suppliers of information and receivers of credit reports.

2. Recognize invalid regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. To department of methodology of control and supervision (Abdrakhmanov N. A.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) together with Legal support department (Dosmukhambetov N. M.) state registration of this resolution in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) the direction of this resolution on official publication in information system of law of Ad_let of the republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan" within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this resolution on official Internet resource of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication.

4. To department of the international relations and public relations (Kazybayev A. K.) provide the direction of this resolution on official publication in periodic printing editions within ten calendar days after its state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the vice-chairman of National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kozhakhmetov K. B.

6. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

These Requirements to use of information and communication technologies and ensuring information security under the organization of activities of credit bureaus, suppliers of information and receivers of credit reports (further - Requirements) are developed according to the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 6, 2004 "About credit bureaus and forming of credit stories in the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the Law on credit bureau).

2. In Requirements the concepts provided by the Law on credit bureau and the following concepts are used:

1) the administrator of safety of information systems (further - the administrator) - the employee of the organization providing functioning of system of electronic obtaining and (or) data transmission, implementation of measures for their protection, performing generation of the arriving and (or) transmitted data taking into account its functions and powers;

2) package of measures for protection of information system - the organizational and technical actions aimed at providing safe functioning of information system of forming and use of credit stories including the hardware-software protection of electronic means and computers against unauthorized access providing access control to the established software and information, providing means of differentiation of powers of the registered users;
