1. Determine:

1) the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities for production of medicines of veterinary appointment Committee of veterinary control and supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) licensors on implementation of licensing of activities for conducting veterinary and sanitary examination of products and raw materials of animal origin local executive bodies of areas, the cities of republican value, the capital.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 31, 2013 No. 1511 "About some questions of licensing of activities in the field of veterinary science" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 78, the Art. 1027).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
