1. Determine:

1) the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities for implementation of archaeological and (or) scientific and restoration works on historical and cultural monuments;

2) local executive bodies of areas, cities of republican value and the capital bodies which perform approval of licensing for activities for implementation of archaeological and (or) scientific and restoration works on historical and cultural monuments.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 20, 2012 No. 1641 "About some questions of licensing of activities for implementation of archaeological and (or) scientific and restoration works on historical and cultural monuments" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 4, the Art. 84).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
