About determination of the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities for provision of services in the field of communication and the body authorized on issue of permissions of the second category in the field of communication

According to subitems 2) and 4) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2014 "About permissions and notifications" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Determine Committee of telecommunications of the Ministry of artificial intelligence and digital development of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) the licensor on implementation of licensing of activities for provision of services in the field of communication;

2) the body authorized on issue of permissions of the second category in the field of communication according to appendix to this resolution.

2. Recognize to invalid:

1) the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 19, 2012 No. 1620 "About some questions of licensing of activities for provision of services in the field of communication" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 4, the Art. 75);

2) Item of 23 changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 21, 2013 No. 507 "About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (SAPP of the Republic of Kazakhstan, 2013, No. 34, the Art. 505).

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
