In pursuance of part (10) article 23 of the Law on private detective and security activities N 283-XV of July 4, 2003. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2003, N 200-203, Art. 769) DECIDES: the Government
1. Approve the List of objects which protection cannot be performed by the private security organizations, according to appendix.
2. Determine that:
the preservation scheme of diplomatic representations is determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs in coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Service of information and safety;
the preservation scheme of objects and physical persons, their personal property, and also maintenance of loads is determined by departmental regulations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
the preservation scheme and maintenances of particular, dangerous goods and bank notes is determined by the Ministry of Internal Affairs by approval of Service of information and safety and National Bank of Moldova;
operation on installation, operation, servicing of means of the security fire alarm shall be carried out according to the rules approved for this purpose by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs;
the service fee on protection of the objects provided in the above-stated list, financed from state and local budgets, is performed according to the rates approved by the Government.
3. Declare invalid the Order of the Government N 752 of October 13, 1994. "About the organization of non-state detective and security activities" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1994, N 13, the Art. 108).

Ministries of Defence;
Ministries of Internal Affairs;
Services of information and safety;
National center for fight against corruption;
Boundary police subordinated to the Ministry of Internal Affairs;
Customs department;
Department of information technologies,
public institutions of communication;
organizations of national system power - and gas supply;
water supply and life support systems of settlements;
storages of weapon, ammunition, explosive materials, toxic, radioactive and strong agents;
bodies of the state, executive and judicial authority;
bank institutions;
the organizations, the organizations financed from the state and local budgets;
the companies with the prevailing share of state-owned property.
