About creation of the territory of the advancing social and economic development "Priamurye"

2. Determine that location of borders of the territory of the advancing social and economic development "Priamurye" is determined by borders of cadastral quarters with numbers and the parcels of land with cadastral numbers according to the list according to appendix No. 1.

3. Determine that the particular legal regime of implementation of business activity in the territory of the advancing social and economic development "Priamurye" is not provided when implementing the types of economic activity provided by the All-Russian Classifier of Economic Activities (OK 029-2014 (Edition KDES 2), according to the list according to appendix No. 2.

4. Determine that the minimum amount of capital investments of residents of the territory of the advancing social and economic development "Priamurye" in implementation of the corresponding types of economic activity makes 500000 rubles.

5. Determine that in the territory of the advancing social and economic development "Priamurye" the customs procedure of free customs zone established by the right of the Eurasian Economic Union is applied.
