1. Assessment of property (assets) and obligations of bank is performed according to the Technique stated in annex 1 to this Instruction.
Results of assessment of property (assets) and obligations of bank are grouped according to appendices 2 - 4 to this Instruction.
2. This Instruction according to the solution of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia (the minutes of the Board of directors of the Bank of Russia of June 15, 2015 No. 18) become effective from the date of its official publication in "the Bulletin of the Bank of Russia".
