About the size of felling fund for 2016 and wood sales amounts on root from felling fund for taksovy cost in 2016

According to Article 52 of the Forest code of the Republic of Belarus and Item 9 of the Rules of realization of wood in the domestic market of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of May 7, 2007 No. 214 "About some measures for enhancement of activities in the field of forestry" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Establish the size of felling fund for 2016 according to appendix.

2. Approve the enclosed wood sales amounts on root from felling fund for taksovy cost in 2016.

To the ministry of forestry, the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Education, National academy of Sciences of Belarus to take necessary measures for realization in accordance with the established procedure of the specified amounts and to provide control of leave of wood on root from these amounts.

3. Provide to regional executive committees control of target use of wood by forest users who will acquire it in 2016 in the wood sales amounts approved by this resolution on root from felling fund for taksovy cost, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs - behind target use of the criminal executive system acquired in 2016 by the organizations and medical and labor dispensaries of wood on root from felling fund for taksovy cost.

To provide to the ministry of forestry in the wood sales amounts approved by this resolution on root from felling fund for taksovy cost in 2016 coordination of procurement of wood with the subsequent realization in the prepared type at the exchange biddings of "Belarusian Universal Commodity Exchange" open joint stock company.
