About establishment of the tariff quotas on import in 2016 of separate types of agricultural goods on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, and also amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union
According to articles 44 and 45of the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014, appendices №6 and 7 to it and the Agreement on functioning of the Customs union within multilateral trade system of May 19, 2011 the Board of the Euroasian economic commission decided:
1. Establish concerning separate types of the agricultural goods imported in 2016 on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, the tariff quotas and amounts of the tariff quotas for import of these goods in the territory of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union according to appendix (further - the tariff quotas).
2. Determine that:
the tariff quotas are applied to the agricultural goods placed under customs procedure of release for internal consumption, except for goods imported on customs area of the Eurasian Economic Union, occurring and imported from the State Parties of the CIS;
the goods specified in Item 1 of this Decision are included in the single inventory to which measures of non-tariff regulation in trade with the third countries, stipulated in Item 4 Protocols on measures of non-tariff regulation are applied to the third countries (appendix № 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) and published on the official site of the Eurasian Economic Union in the Internet.
3. Provide to the Russian Federation distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas established by this Decision between the third countries in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and obligations of the Russian Federation within the World Trade Organization.
4. To state members of the Eurasian Economic Union:
perform distribution of amounts of the tariff quotas established by this Decision between participants of foreign trade activity according to the legislation;
charge to authorized bodies of the executive authority to perform issue of the licenses for commodity importation specified in Item 1 of this Decision.
5. Declare invalid Section 2.27 of the Single inventory to which prohibitions or import restrictions or export by state members of the Customs union within the Eurasian economic community in trade with the third countries approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of August 16, 2012 № 134 "About regulatory legal acts in the field of non-tariff regulation" are applied.
6. This Decision becomes effective after 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
