1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Distribution Certificate on the Movie" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Licensing for Activities for Implementation of Archaeological and (or) Scientific and Restoration Works on Historical and Cultural Monuments" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) No. 212 is excluded according to the Order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of 21.07.2017.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Cultural Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 18, 2014 No. 1 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the field of culture" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 9352, published in information system of law of Ad_let of April 28, 2014).

3. For culture and art of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide to department:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4) submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by this Item within ten working days from the date of execution of actions.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan G. Akhmedyarov.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Issue of the Distribution Certificate on the Movie"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of the Distribution Certificate on the Movie" (further - the state service) is the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider) according to the standard of the state service "Issue of the Distribution Certificate on the Movie" approved by the order of the Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 22, 2015 No. 146, registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11238 (further - the standard).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through web portals of "the electronic government": www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz (further - the portal).

5. Contents of each procedure (action) which is part of process of rendering the state service, accomplishment duration:

1) the employee registering statements (further - the employee), performs acceptance, registration of a statement and the submitted documents from uslugopoluchatel and sends them to management for determination of the executive in charge within 1 (one) working day from the date of revenues to the portal.

In case of the address of uslugopoluchatel after the termination of working hours, and also in days off and holidays registration of a statement is performed the next working afternoon;

2) the executive in charge within 1 (one) working day from the moment of receipt of the statement of uslugopoluchatel checks completeness of the submitted documents.

1) the registered statement of uslugopoluchatel and the resolution of management;

2) the project of motivated refusal in further review of the statement or the project of result of rendering the state service;
