Based on subitem 8.10 of Item 8 of the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445, National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Approve on representation of the Ministry of Transport and Communications:
1.1. form of the state statistical reporting 12-tr (electro) (Ministry of Transport) "Report for work of urban electric transportation, the subway" it (is applied) and to enact it starting with the report for April, 2015;
1.2. Instructions for filling of form of the state statistical reporting 12-tr (electro) (Ministry of Transport) "Report for work of urban electric transportation, the subway" (are applied) and to enact them starting with the report for April, 2015.
2. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in subitem 1.1 of Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities, the separate divisions of legal entities having vehicles of urban electric transportation, the municipal transport unitary enterprise "Minsk Subway" on balance.
3. Recognize invalid:
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of August 15, 2011 No. 230 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (electro) (Ministry of Transport) "Report for work of the subway, urban electric transportation" and instructions for its filling";
the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of December 21, 2011 No. 333 "About modification and amendments in Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 4-tr (electro) (Ministry of Transport) "Report for work of the subway, urban electric transportation" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 13, 7/1672);
