1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 3 of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Registration and Accounting of Chemical Products"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Registration and Accounting of Chemical Products" (further - the state service) appears Committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service are performed through:

1) non-commercial joint-stock company ""Government for Citizens (Further — the State Corporation)" state corporation;

2) the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz (further - the portal).

2. Form of rendering the state service: electronic (partially automated) and (or) paper.

3. 5. Contents of each procedure (action) which is part of process of rendering the state service, duration of its accomplishment:

1) acceptance by the employee of office of the service provider the statement with assignment of registration number and date within 2 (two) hours (in case of filing of application on paper) and their transfer for consideration to the head of the service provider or his deputy;

2) imposing of the resolution of the head or his deputy and the direction the statement to the head of the structural unit within 2 (two) hours;

3) consideration the statement the head of the structural unit and determination of the executive in charge within 2 (two) hours;

4) consideration by the executive in charge of the documents attached to the statement on completeness according to the list specified in Item 9 of the standard.

In case of representation by uslugopoluchatel of incomplete document package the executive in charge provides the motivated answer about refusal within two working days from the moment of receipt of the request;

5) preparation and introduction of result of rendering the state service by the executive in charge on approval to the head of the structural unit within one working day;

6) approval of result of rendering the state service by the head of the structural unit and the direction it for the signature to the head or his deputy within 2 (two) hours;

7) signing by the head of the service provider and (or) his deputy of result of rendering the state service within 2 (two) hours;

8) issue of the certificate to uslugopoluchatel or the motivated answer about refusal within 2 (two) hours.

6. Result of the procedure (action) for rendering the state service which forms the basis for accomplishment of the following procedure (action):

1) acceptance and registration of a statement in office of the service provider and transfer to their head of the service provider and (or) to his deputy;

2) placement of the processed statement on the portal (in case of filing of application on paper);

3) the resolution of the head of the service provider and (or) his deputy for consideration to the head of the structural unit;
