Regulations of rendering the state service "Issue of Documents on Passing of Preparation, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of Industry of Health Care"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Documents on Passing of Preparation, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of Industry of Health Care" (further - the state service) is rendered by the organizations of education in the field of health care (further - service providers).

The state service is rendered based on item 4 of article 175 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 18, 2009 "About health of the people and health care system", the standard of the state service "Issue of Documents on Passing of Preparation, Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of Industry of Health Care" approved by the order of the Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 28, 2015 No. 297, zaregistrivan in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 11303, (further - the Standard).
