1. Determine that:
1.1. Are issued by the state boundary committee (further - State frontier committee) the omission on the right of extraordinary entrance to the territory of road check points through Frontier of the Republic of Belarus (further if other is not established, - the omission):
to legal entities and physical persons (further - the omission on physical person);
to the legal entities and individual entrepreneurs performing the international freight transportation on one cargo vehicle (further - the omission on the cargo vehicle);
1.2. the interested person represents to State frontier committee for obtaining:
the omission on physical person - the statement and other documents specified in Item 19.1 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 17, 2012 No. 156, Item 14.6 of the list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations for petitions from citizens, No. 200 approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of April 26, 2010;
the omission on the cargo vehicle - the statement and other documents specified in Item 19.4 of the single list of the ministerial procedures performed by state bodies and other organizations concerning legal entities and individual entrepreneurs;
