1. Take into consideration that:

according to the conclusion of the general project organization JSC Uzogirsanoatloyikha object of construction in progress, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa Ziyolilar, No. 13a (further - object), is acknowledged unsuitable for creation of the educational case in connection with its discrepancy to requirements regarding constructive reliability and durability, effective and rational space utilization and amounts for placement of educational institution;

The interdepartmental commission on creation of University of Inkh in Tashkent formed by the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 24, 2014 No. PP-2155 "About creation of University of Inkh in the city of Tashkent" makes the decision on revaluation of project cost at utilization cost.

2. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of development of information technologies and communications, the State committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on architecture and construction, khokimiyat of Tashkent and Inkh's University in the city of Tashkent (further - University) about:

complete dismantle and asset demolition and construction on the released place of the new modern educational building of University;

compensation of difference between market and utilization project cost by allocation of means by University in the form of charitable gifts into the special account of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with their target use on upgrade of the Main library of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also on strengthening scientific and material and technical resources of scientific institutions of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, acquisition of the modern high-technology scientific equipment.

3. In a month to provide to the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition at the expense of means of JSC Uzbektelekom revaluation of project cost in connection with change of evaluation method.

4. In a month to provide to khokimiyat of Tashkent dismantle and asset demolition.

Determine sources of financing of expenses by dismantle and asset demolition of means, arriving from realization of the construction materials which remained after asset demolition, and in case of their shortcoming - the funds for construction and reconstruction of buildings of University allocated by founders of University.

5. Provide to university:

joint financing of 50 percent of expenses on reconstruction of facade of the building of the Main library of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan;

compensation of market value dismantled (taken down) extension and constructions of the Main library of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan by transfer of appropriate means to the special account of Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan, with subsequent their direction on reconstruction of this library.

6. "About measures for the organization of activities and forming of material and technical resources of University of Inkh in Tashkent" to state Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 27, 2014 to No. 72 in the following edition:

"1. To the state committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan on privatization, demonopolization and development of the competition, Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Uzbekistan to implement to University:

building and constructions, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa Ziyolilar, No. 9, with the adjacent territory and engineering communications - on market value;

object of construction in progress, at the address: Tashkent, Ulitsa Ziyolilar, No. 13a, with the adjacent territory and engineering communications - at utilization cost, taking into account further compensation of difference between market and utilization project cost in accordance with the established procedure".

7. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.
