3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Rules of implementation of transportation of the moved (transported) objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. General provisions

1. These rules of implementation of transportation of the moved (transported) objects in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) are developed according to the subitem 29) of article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 10, 2002 "About veterinary science" (further - the Law) and determine procedure for transportation of the moved (transported) objects in the territory of the republic.

2. In these rules the following concept is used:

transportation - complex of the procedures connected with movement of the moved (transported) objects from one Item in another, with use of any means of transportation (automobile, railway, air, water).

3. The moved (transported) objects which are subject to transportation are followed by the veterinary documents issued according to the Rules of issue of veterinary documents and requirements to their forms approved according to subitem 46-4) of article 8 of the Law.

1) behind availability of veterinary documents on the moved (transported) objects which are subject to transportation (correctness (completeness) of filling of veterinary documents, availability of signatures and prints of seals), issued according to the Rules of issue of veterinary documents and requirements to their forms approved according to subitem 46-4) of article 8 of the Law;

2) behind condition of vehicles and observance of temperature condition (vehicles and products) on compliance their veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) to requirements;

3) behind availability of the documents testimonial of the carried-out disinfection of the vehicles used for transportation of the moved (transported) objects;

4) behind compliance of the name of the moved (transported) object, its weight (amount), total quantity, marking specified in veterinary documents;

5) behind observance of veterinary (veterinary and sanitary) requirements to the mode and conditions of transportation of the moved (transported) object.

The inspector, the doctor when moving live animals perform veterinary inspection of animals, selective thermometry, measurement of pulse and breath.
