2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order of its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-minister of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Standard of the state service "Consideration of Petitions for Consent to Economic Concentration"

1. General provisions

1. The state service - "Consideration of petitions for consent to economic concentration" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears Committee on regulation of natural monopolies and protection of the competition of the Ministry of national economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

Acceptance of petitions for rendering the state service is performed through office of the service provider.

Issue of results of rendering the state service is performed through office of the service provider, and also through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

the term of rendering the state service is resumed after provision of additional data and (or) documents uslugopoluchatel and (or) state bodies what the service provider notifies within 3 (three) working days in written and (or) electronic type of uslugopoluchatel on.

the term established by the service provider for provision of information and (or) documents, at least 5 (five) working days;

Acceptance of petitions and issue of results of rendering the state services at the service provider is performed: from 9:00 to 17:30 o'clock, with lunch break from 13:00 to 14:30 o'clock.
