Based on the paragraph of the ninth of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of July 23, 2008 "About Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus" and for the purpose of ensuring full labor employment of the convicts serving sentence in organizations of criminal executive system and the citizens who are in medical and labor dispensaries of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, increase in efficiency of their social adaptation (resocialization), including rehabilitation by labor involvement of persons having drug addiction (toxicomania), the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Determine the list of actions for ensuring labor employment of the convicts serving sentence in organizations of criminal executive system and the citizens who are in medical and labor dispensaries of the Ministry of Internal Affairs according to appendix.
2. Responsible for coordination of work on accomplishment of the actions specified in appendix to this resolution to determine the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
3. To provide to republican state bodies, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom in the Ministry of Internal Affairs information on the course of accomplishment of actions according to appendix to this resolution till January 5 of the year following reporting.
4. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
