About approval of release, amount, term and payment terms of the loans which are subject to issue by non-bank credit institution Agrarcredit Private company under the state guarantee

Being guided by Item 32 of article 109 of the Constitution of the Azerbaijan Republic according to Item 3.1 of the Presidential decree of the Azerbaijan Republic of July 15, 2015 No. 570 "About improvement measures in connection with preparation for privatization of the stocks of International Bank of Azerbaijan Open joint stock company owned by the state I decide:

1. Approve release, amount, term and payment terms of the loans which are subject to issue by non-bank credit institution Agrarcredit Private company under the state guarantee.

2. To the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic:

2.1. according to approved by part of 1 this Decree "Release, in amount, term and payment terms of the loans which are subject to issue by non-bank credit institution Agrarcredit Private company under the state guarantee" to provide provision of the state guarantee for loans, emissiruyemy to Agrarcredit Ltd;

2.2. resolve the issues following from this Decree.

3. It is regular to Ministry of Finance of the Azerbaijan Republic to inform the President of the Azerbaijan Republic on results step by step of the performed issue of the loans specified in Item 2.1 of this Decree, and placement them in the security market about the work directed to improvement of financial position of JSC International Bank of Azerbaijan and enhancement of management to them and also about condition of repayment of the unsettled credit debts provided by bank and managements of troubled assets.
