About approval of standards of the state services in the field of aviation safety

1. Approve:

2. To committee of civil aviation of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Seydakhmetov B. K.) provide:

1) in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction of the copy on official publication in periodic printed publicity materials and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Issue of the Certificate on the Organization of Examination by Service of Aviation Safety of the Airport"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of the Certificate on the Organization of Examination by Service of Aviation Safety of the Airport" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application is performed through office of the service provider.

Issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz (further - the portal).

2) from 201 to 250 persons - 224 monthly settlement indicators, the collection operating on payment date;

3) from 151 to 200 persons - 213 monthly settlement indicators, the collection operating on payment date;

4) from 101 to 150 persons - 202 monthly settlement indicators, the collection operating on payment date;

5) from 51 to 100 persons - 191 monthly settlement indicators operating on collection payment date;

6) to 50 people - 180 monthly settlement indicators, the collection operating on payment date.
