About approval of regulations of the state services in fields of activity of foreign carriers and the international unscheduled flights

According to the subitem 2) article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) regulations of the state service "Issue of the Registration Certificate of the Foreign Carriers Performing the Activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) regulations of the state service "Issue of Permission to Accomplishment of the International Unscheduled Flights" according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid subitems 2) and 3) of Item 1 of the order of the Minister of Transport and communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 9, 2014 as No. 243 "About approval of regulations of the state services in the field of activities of airfields (helidromes), foreign carriers, aviation training centers and aeronautical personnel, aviation safety and use of airspace" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 9463).

3. To committee of civil aviation of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Seydakhmetov B. K.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction of the copy on official publication in periodic printed publicity materials and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 3 of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Issue of the Registration Certificate of the Foreign Carriers Performing the Activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of the Registration Certificate of the Foreign Carriers Performing the Activities in the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the state service) appears Committee of civil aviation of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

Reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service is performed through office of the service provider or through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the Portal).
