About approval of Sanitary standards and the rules "Requirements to Ensuring Radiation Safety in case of Work in Zones of Radioactive Pollution" and about entering of amendments into the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2012 No. 211

Based on article 13 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population", paragraph two of subitem 8.32 of Item 8 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 28, 2011 No. 1446 "About some questions of the Ministry of Health and measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 11, 2011 No. 360" the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed Sanitary standards and the rules "Requirements to Ensuring Radiation Safety in case of Work in Zones of Radioactive Pollution".

2. Bring in the Sanitary standards and the rules "Hygienic Classification of Working Conditions" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2012 No. 211 "About approval of Sanitary standards and the rules "Hygienic Classification of Working Conditions" and recognition No. 176 which voided resolutions of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 20, 2007" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 27.04.2013, 8/26895) the following amendments:

2.1. to add Item 64 after the words "with sources of ionizing radiation" with words ", including in case of performance of works in the zones of radioactive pollution which are carried out in the territories relating to evacuation areas (alienation), first-priority settling out, the subsequent settling out";

2.2. in the table 13 of appendix 2 to Sanitary standards and rules:

 

add item 4 with subitem 4.3 of the following content:

Sanitary standards and rules "Requirements to Ensuring Radiation Safety in case of Work in Zones of Radioactive Pollution"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These Sanitary standards and rules establish requirements to ensuring radiation safety under the organization, work in zones of radioactive pollution, delivery of workers to works location and back, sanitary household to providing workers, radiation control.

2. For the purposes of these Sanitary standards and rules the main terms and their determinations in the values established by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 5, 1998 "About radiation safety of the population" are used (Vedamastsi Natsyyanalnaga to descent of Respubliki Belarus, 1998, No. 5, the Art. 25), the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 7, 2012 "About sanitary and epidemiologic wellbeing of the population" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 8, 2/1892), the Law of the Republic of Belarus of May 26, 2012 "About legal regime of the territories which underwent to radioactive pollution as a result of catastrophic crash on the Chernobyl NPP" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 63, 2/1937), Sanitary standards and the rules "Requirements to Ensuring Radiation Safety of Personnel and the Population when Implementing Activities for Use of Atomic Energy and Sources of Ionizing Radiation", approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 31, 2013 No. 137 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 15.03. 2014, 8/28341), the Sanitary standards and the rules "Requirements to Radiation Safety", the Hygienic standard rate "Criteria for evaluation of radiative effects" approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of December 28, 2012 No. 213 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 25.05.2013, 8/26850).
