1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) after state registration in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan official publication of this order;

3) placement of this order on official Internet resource of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the vice-Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan Balykbayev T. O.

4. This order becomes effective after twenty one calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Licensing for Occupation Educational Activities"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Licensing for Occupation Educational Activities" (further – the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears Committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry and territorial Departments of Committee on control in the field of science and education of the Ministry (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Terms of rendering the state service since the moment:

1) registrations of a statement on the portal:

licensing and/or appendices to it - no later than 30 (thirty) working days;

renewal of the license and/or appendix to it - no later than 3 (three) working days;

renewal of the license and/or appendix to it by reorganization of legal person licensee in the form of allocation, separation - no later than 30 (thirty) working days;

issue of the duplicate of the license and/or appendix to it - no later than 2 (two) working days.

The service provider within two working days from the moment of receipt of documents checks completeness of the submitted documents.

In case of factual determination of incompleteness of the submitted documents the service provider within the specified terms gives motivated refusal in further review of the statement.

5. Form of rendering the state service: electronic.

Result of rendering the state service - the license and/or appendices to the license, the renewed license and/or appendices to it, the duplicate of the license and/or appendix to it, or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in cases and on the bases, stipulated in Item 10 these standards of the state service.

7. Rendering the state service is performed on paid and free basis to legal entities (further - to uslugopoluchatel).

When rendering the state service in the budget the license fee is paid for the occupation right by separate types of activity according to article 554 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 25, 2017 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget (Tax code)":

1) the license fee when licensing constitutes 10 (ten) monthly settlement indicators (further - MRP);

2) the license fee for renewal of the license constitutes 1 (one) MRP established on the date of payment;

3) the license fee for issue of the duplicate of the license constitutes 10 (ten) MRP established on the date of payment.
