About increase in authorized capitals of the separate organizations

1. To the Ministry of Finance in 2015 to bring the remaining balance of means of the state trust budget fund of national development placed in 2012-2014 in bank deposits (deposits) of open joint stock companies "Belarusbank and Belagroprombank savings bank for financing of housing construction according to legal acts as money deposit of the Republic of Belarus in authorized capitals of open joint stock company "Belarusbank savings bank - in the amount of 10 000 billion rubles and Belagroprombank open joint stock company - in the amount of 1300 billion rubles.

2. Determine that:

2.1. funds deposited as money deposit of the Republic of Belarus in authorized capitals of open joint stock companies "Belarusbank and Belagroprombank savings bank according to Item 1 of this Decree are used by the specified joint-stock companies on provision of soft credits within financing of housing construction according to legal acts;

2.2. the means arriving from return of the credits issued at the expense of bank deposits (deposits) called in Item 1 of this Decree and also the subsequent credits issued at the expense of these means go open joint stock companies "Belarusbank and Belagroprombank savings bank for provision of soft credits within financing of housing construction according to legal acts;

2.3. compensation to open joint stock companies "Belarusbank and Belagroprombank savings bank of the losses connected with provision by the specified open joint stock companies of soft credits according to subitems 2.1 and 2.2 of this Item is not performed.

3. To provide to Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus acceptance in 2015 in property of the Republic of Belarus of the shares issued in connection with increase in authorized capitals of open joint stock companies "Belarusbank and Belagroprombank savings bank according to Item 1 of this Decree.

4. To impose control over the implementation of this Decree on the State Control Committee.

5. This Decree becomes effective after its official publication.
