Approve Regulations on procedure for confirmation of working life for purpose of pensions according to appendix.

Regulations on procedure for confirmation of working life for purpose of pensions

I. General provisions

1. The working life is established according to the documents issued from place of employment, service, study or implementation of other activities which are set off in length of service or superior organizations, boards (CEOs) of associations, concerns and other voluntary associations, the companies and the organizations of the same system in which the specified activities, and also archival organizations proceeded.

In the absence of documents on working life the periods of work are established according to the testimony.

2. In cases when documents on length of service did not remain fully or partially as a result of natural disasters, accidents, catastrophic crashes or other emergency situations, confirmation of working life is performed by the special commissions on establishment of length of service created by the Government of the Republic of Moldova or local government bodies.

Operating time of persons who are engaged in individual labor activity including on the terms of individual (group) lease or in personal peasant economy, is established according to certificates of the period of payment of insurance premiums in Social fund of the Republic of Moldova (reference sample - established by this Provision according to appendix N 1).

In confirmation of creative activities of members of the creative unions and other creative specialists who are not members of the creative unions certificates of the period of payment of insurance premiums in Social fund of the Republic of Moldova are accepted. Before introduction of insurance payments creative activities prove to be true: references (statements from resolutions) the secretariats of boards of the creative unions about establishment of creative years of service - concerning members of the creative unions, and also writers who are not members of the Writers' Union, but consisting members of labor union of the cultural workers and united by professional committees of writers;

references of presidiums of boards of art funds - concerning the artists who are not members of the Union of artists, but consisting members of labor union of cultural workers, and the relations with which are governed by agreements of the art order (author's, publishing agreements).

In confirmation of military service, any other service equated to it, alternative service, time of stay in guerrilla groups (connections) and groups (connection) of resistance, in captivity are accepted: military IDs; Red Army books; references of military commissariats, military units, headquarters and organizations of the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Internal Affairs and Ministry of homeland security; references archival and military medical institutions; the records about military service made in the service record based on documents.

Time of stay in guerrilla groups (connections) and groups (connections) of resistance during World War II is established according to references of headquarters of guerrilla movement or archives, archives museums in the place of activities of guerrilla groups (connections) and groups (connections) of resistance.

8. Time of service in the militarized protection, in bodies of special communication is established according to the procedure, provided in Item 3 this provision.

9. Training time in the highest, average special and professional educational institutions; in postgraduate study, doctoral studies and clinical internship; at schools and on rates on training, advanced training and retraining is confirmed by diplomas, certificates, certificates, and also the references and other documents issued based on contemporary records containing data on the study periods.

In case of absence in documents of such data as the proof of time of study certificates of training duration in this educational institution in the corresponding years are accepted provided that in documents there is specifying on the end of the complete educational period or its separate stages.

10. Duration of the temporary disability which began during work is established according to the references issued in the place of this work.
