About approval of the single document forms confirming the property right to the earth, ownerships and uses of the earth

For streamlining of land management process in strict accordance with the Land code of the Republic of Moldova the Government of the Republic of Moldova decides:

1. Approve the following single document forms, confirming the property right to the earth, ownerships and uses of the earth:

acts on the property right to the earth and to right of possession and uses of the earth according to the appendices N 1 and 2;

the provisional act confirming the property right to the earth, ownerships and uses of the earth according to the appendix N 3

the act confirming the property right to the equity area of the equivalent earth according to the appendix N 4

the lease of the earth with attached to it by the characteristic of the sites leased and the protocol on acceptance transfer of the parcel of land according to the appendix N 5;

The register of owners of the earth according to the appendix N 6.

2. Determine that the documents confirming the property right to the earth, ownerships and uses of the earth are issued by local government bodies (district, local government boards): district executive committees, councils of primeriya, communes and villages.

3. Assign the organization and management of issue of the acts confirming the property right to the earth, ownerships and uses of the earth, and also exact reflection of movement of land management documents in the Register of owners of the earth is direct on Management of land reform, land management and protection of soils of the State committee on questions of economic reform.

4. To the state committee on questions of economic reform:

in a month to prepare and approve the Instruction about procedure for creation, issue and replacement of the documents confirming the property right to the earth, ownerships and uses of the earth, and before its introduction in action - the instruction about issue of the provisional act confirming the property right to the earth, ownerships and uses of the earth and also about procedure for reflection of movement of land management documents in the Register of owners of the earth;

bring the separate heading "Information on Progress in Issue of Documents on the Right of Land Property and Use of the Earth" in annual land balance of district executive committees and primeriya of the cities.

5. To the Ministry of Economics and finance together with the State committee on questions of economic reform to provide since II quarter 1992 necessary assignments for production of forms of the documents confirming the property right to the earth, ownerships and uses of the earth.

6. To the Ministry of Trade and material resources to provide allocation since 1992 to the State committee on questions of economic reform of necessary amount of stamped paper and other materials for production of forms of the documents confirming the property right to the earth, ownerships and uses of the earth.

7. To provide to State department for publishing houses, polygraphy and book trade in the III-IV quarters 1992 by request of the State committee on questions of economic reform the edition of forms of the stated above and other documents reflecting procedure for land management in the Republic of Moldova.
