1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the first vice-Minister of health and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kairbekova of Page Z.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Issue of Documents on Passing of Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of Industry of Health Care"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Issue of Documents on Passing of Advanced Training and Retraining of Personnel of Industry of Health Care" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of rendering the state service is developed by the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears the organizations of education in the field of health care (further - the service provider).

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of complete development of the training program, issue of documents on passing of advanced training and retraining - 1 (one) working day (on condition of complete development of the training program), after completion of training it is not dependent on duration of professional development course and retraining.

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of documents - no more than 30 (thirty) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing of uslugopoluchatel - 30 (thirty) minutes.

5. Form of rendering the state service - electronic (partially automated) and (or) paper.
