About approval of standards of the state services in the field of judicial and expert activities

1. Approve:

1) the standard of the state service "Certification of Court Experts" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the standard of the state service "Assignment of Qualification of the Court Expert" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the standard of the state service "Certification of Medicolegal, Forensic-psychiatric, Judicial and Narcological Experts" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the standard of the state service "Assignment of Qualification on the Right of Production of Certain Type of Medicolegal, Forensic-psychiatric and Judicial and Narcological Examinations" according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. To provide to the center of judicial examination of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and in information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising Deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Certification of Court Experts"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Certification of Court Experts" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. The state service appears the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through:

1) office of the service provider;

2) office of the Center of judicial examination of the service provider;

3) the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz, www.elicense.kz (further - the portal).

4. Term of rendering the state service:

1) from the moment of delivery of document package to the service provider, and also in case of the address on the portal - 20 (twenty) working days;

2) the most allowed time of expectation for delivery of document package - 15 (fifteen) minutes;

3) the most allowed time of servicing - 15 (fifteen) minutes.

5. Form of rendering the state service: electronic (partially automated), paper.

1) the service provider - Monday through Friday from 9:00 till 18:30 o'clock, with lunch break from 13:00 till 14:30 o'clock, except days off and holidays, according to the labor law of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

the statement in electronic form, the uslugopoluchatel certified by the EDS, according to appendix 2 to this standard of the state service;
