1. These rules establish procedure for acceptance by the commission on cases of minors and the protection of their rights created by the supreme executive body of the government of the subject of the Russian Federation and performing activities in the territory of appropriate subject of the Russian Federation (further - the commission), decisions on the admission or not admission of persons specified in Item 2 of these rules to pedagogical activities, to business activity and (or) labor activity in the field of education, education, development of minors, the organization of their rest and improvement, medical support, social protection and social servicing, in the field of sport for children and young people, culture and art with participation of minors (further respectively - activities with participation of minors, the decision).

2. The commission makes the decision on persons which had criminal record and also persons concerning criminal prosecution on a charge of whom making of these crimes is stopped on not rehabilitating bases (except for persons deprived of the right to be engaged in the corresponding type of activity by a court decision), for crimes of small and average weight against:

a) life and health;

b) freedoms, honor and advantage of the personality (except for illegal hospitalization in the medical organization giving mental health services in stationary conditions and slander);

c) family and minors;

d) health of the population and public morality;

e) bases of the constitutional system and safety of the state;

д (1)) world and safety of mankind;

e) public safety.

3. The supreme executive bodies of the government of subjects of the Russian Federation for informing on procedure for adoption of the decision by the commission post on the official sites on the Internet:

a) full name of the commission, its location, the place of reception of an application about issue of the decision (further - the statement) (with indication of the postal address, the location map public transport, the specific place (room) of filing of applications), time of reception of applications, phone numbers for receipt of information on questions of adoption of the decision by the commission;

b) the list of categories of persons concerning which the commission has power of decision;

c) list of the documents necessary for decision making;

d) procedure for adoption of the decision by the commission;

4. The person belonging to the category of persons specified in Item 2 of these rules, wishing to be engaged in activities with participation of minors (further - the applicant), or his representative writes the application in any form, with own hand signs it and files the written application in the commission.
