About approval of standards of the state services in questions of estimative activities

1. Approve enclosed:

1) the standard of the state service "Holding Qualification Examination and Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Property Assessment (Except for Intellectual Property Items, Cost of Intangible Assets)", according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the standard of the state service "Holding Qualification Examination and Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Assessment of Intellectual Property, Cost of Intangible Assets", according to appendix 2 to this order.

2. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdirayy B. Zh.

3. To provide to department of registration service and organization of legal services in the procedure established by the legislation state registration of this order and its official publication.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Holding Qualification Examination and Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Property Assessment (Except for Intellectual Property Items, Cost of Intangible Assets)"

1. General provisions

1. The state service "Holding Qualification Examination and Licensing for Implementation of Activities for Property Assessment (Except for Intellectual Property Items, Cost of Intangible Assets)" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service is developed by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

Reception of applications and issue of results of rendering the state service is performed through the web portal of "the electronic government" www.egov.kz (further - the portal).

4. Term of rendering the state service:

by consideration of materials about passing of qualification examination - 10 (ten) working days;

in case of decision about passing of qualification examination - within 3 (three) working days from the date of its delivery;

when licensing - 15 (fifteen) working days;

in case of renewal of the license - 3 (three) working days;

in case of issue of duplicates of the license - 2 (two) working days.

1) the decision on passing / not passing of qualification examination on the right of implementation of activities for property assessment (except for intellectual property items, the cost of intangible assets), or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in cases and on the bases, stipulated in Item 10 these standards of the state service;

2) license for activities according to property, (except for intellectual property items, the cost of intangible assets), renewal of the license, issue of the duplicate of the license (further - the license) or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service in cases and on the bases, stipulated in Item 10 these standards of the state service.

Form of representation of result of rendering the state service: electronic.

In case of the address of uslugopoluchatel through the portal the result of the state service goes to uslugopoluchatel to "private office" in electronic form, certified by the digital signature (further - the EDS) the authorized person of the service provider.

7. The state service is rendered for a fee and (or) free of charge:

1) holding qualification examination - is free;

2) licensing, renewal of the license, issue of the duplicate of the license is performed on paid basis to physical persons and legal entities (further - uslugopoluchatel).
