About measures for implementation of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2004 No. 565
Based on Item paragraph two 9, parts one of Item 15 and part one of Item 17 of the Regulations on procedure of voluntary and obligatory state dactyloscopic registration approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of November 18, 2004 No. 565, of subitem 9.4 of Item 9 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of December 4, 2007 No. 611 "About some questions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the organizations which are a part of the system of law-enforcement bodies" the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Establish forms:
the directions on obligatory state dactyloscopic registration according to appendix 1;
obligations about passing of obligatory state dactyloscopic registration according to appendix 2;
certificates of passing of the state dactyloscopic registration according to appendix 3;
request about provision of dactyloscopic information according to appendix 4.
2. Approve the enclosed Rules of fingerprinting, filling of dactyloscopic cards.
3. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication.
