3. To provide to department of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Turgumbayev E. Z. and Department of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Sainov S. S.).

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These regulations of the state service "Document Creation on Departure out of Limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Permanent Residence" are developed according to the standard of the state service "Document Creation on Departure out of Limits of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Permanent Residence" approved by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2015 No. 254 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 11030) (further – the standard) and it appears territorial subdivisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – the service provider).

Chapter 2. The description of operations procedure of structural divisions (workers) of the service provider in the course of rendering the state service

6. Contents of each procedure (action), being part of process of rendering the state service, accomplishment duration:

1) verification of the documents filed by uslugopoluchatel to the service provider or which arrived from the State corporation, on reliability of the data specified in them, and also compliance to the list specified in the first stage of Item 9 of the standard - within ten minutes;

2) registration of a statement on receipt of the state service in office of the service provider - within ten minutes;

3) the choice by management of the contractor - within ten minutes;

4) entering by the contractor of data on uslugopoluchatel into the Information system of migratory police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – IS MT) and in the Unified information system "Golden eagle" in subsystem "Golden eagle Ministry of Internal Affairs" (further – "Golden eagle Ministry of Internal Affairs") - within thirty minutes;

5) the direction the contractor of the statement and complete list of documents (further – request) in Management of migratory service of Department of internal affairs of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further – UMS DVD) - within two calendar days.

6) registration by the employee of office of UMS DVD of the request which arrived from the service provider - within ten minutes;
