1. Approve Regulations of the state service "The Conclusion of the Investment Contract for Implementation of the Investment Project Providing Implementation of Investments and Provision of Investment Preferences" according to appendix to this order.

2. Recognize invalid:

1) the order of the acting minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 25, 2014 No. 51 "About approval of Regulations of the state service "The Conclusion of the Investment Contract for Implementation of Investments Providing Investment Preferences" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 9232, No. 227 published in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper on November 20, 2014 (27848);

2) the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 19, 2014 No. 273 "About modification and amendments in the order of the acting minister of the industry and new technologies of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 25, 2014 No. 51 "About approval of Regulations of the state service "The Conclusion of the Investment Contract for Implementation of Investments Providing Investment Preferences" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan for No. 10140, published in information system of law of Ad_let on February 12, 2015).

3. To committee on investments of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Hairov E. K.) provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan and on the intranet portal of state bodies;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of Item 2 of this order.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

1. General provisions

1. The state service "The Conclusion of the Investment Contract for Implementation of the Investment Project Providing Implementation of Investments and Provision of Investment Preferences" (further - the state service) appears Committee on investments of the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

1) acceptance and registration of the request by the clerk of the service provider with assignment of registration number and date within fifteen minutes;

2) consideration of the request by Management of investment preferences (further - Management) the service provider within eighteen working days from the moment of registration of the request;

3) in case of compliance of documents to requirements, stipulated in Clause 286 Entrepreneurial codes of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 29, 2015 the order on the conclusion of the Contract within two working days following the results of consideration of documents is accepted by the head of the service provider;

4) preparation of the draft contract by Management within ten working days from the date of adoption of the order on the conclusion of the Contract;

5) registration signed by contract parties within five working days;

6) issue of the registered Contract to uslugopoluchatel.

6. Result of the procedure (action) for rendering the state service which forms the basis for accomplishment of the following procedure (action):

1) registration of the submitted documents of uslugopoluchatel necessary for rendering the state service, in office of the service provider and transfer to their head of the service provider;

2) the resolution of the head of the service provider for consideration to Management;

3) order of the head of uslogodatel;

4) preparation of the draft contract;

5) registration of the Contract by the service provider.
