About approval of the List of the vehicles which are subject to the equipment means of the navigation satellite system

In pursuance of Chapter I of the Program of implementation of the system of satellite monitoring of mobile objects for the purpose of safety control of transport approved by the Order of the Government N 1549 of December 23, 2003. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2004, Art. N1-5, 22), the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve the List of the vehicles which are subject to the equipment means of the navigation satellite system it (is applied).

2. To the relevant ministries and departments to provide in the expense budgets on 2005 and the next years necessary financial resources.

3. Services in monitoring of vehicles will be provided by the Center of technologies and technical means of safety of GP "TEHNOSEC" created by the Order of the Government N 777 of June 14, 2002. (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2002, N 91-94, Art. 879).

Are subject to the equipment means of the navigation satellite system:

- the vehicles of bank institutions used for transactions on collection;

- the vehicles of the Ministry of Internal Affairs used for transactions on interception of the stolen transport and transactions on maintenance;

- the vehicles used for transportation of weapon and ammunition;

- the vehicles used for transportation of narcotic and psychotropic substances;

- the vehicles used for transportation of the explosive, toxic, radioactive and bacteriological substances specified in the appendix N 2 to the Order of the Government N 45 of January 24, 1994.
