1. Establish rates for oil transportation services on main pipelines of Gomeltransneft Friendship and Polotsktransneft Friendship open joint stock companies in the territory of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. when implementing payments in Belarusian rubles according to appendix 1;
1.2. when implementing payments in foreign currency in cases, stipulated by the legislation the Republic of Belarus, according to appendix 2.
2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Belarus of January 20, 2014 No. 3 "About rates for oil transportation services on main pipelines of Gomeltransneft Friendship and Polotsktransneft Friendship open joint stock companies in the territory of the Republic of Belarus" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 24.01. 2014, 8/28282).
3. This resolution becomes effective since February 1, 2015.
