According to part six of article 23 of the Law of Ukraine "About obligatory national social insurance on unemployment case" and for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts of the Ministry of social policy of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation I order:

1. Approve the Procedure for assistance on unemployment, including its one-time payment for the organization by the unemployed of business activity who is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy of Ukraine of November 20, 2000 No. 307 "About approval of the Procedure for assistance on unemployment, including its one-time payment for the organization by the unemployed of business activity", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 14, 2000 at No. 915/5136 (with changes).

3. To department of social insurance and partnership (Savenko E. L.) provide submission of this order in accordance with the established procedure on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

5. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the deputy minister V. Yaroshenko.

Procedure for assistance on unemployment, including its one-time payment for the organization by the unemployed of business activity

I. General provisions

1. This Procedure determines the procedure, assistance conditions on unemployment, including its one-time payment for the organization by the unemployed of business activity, and the calculation mechanism district, city, district in the cities and district jobcenters of public service of employment (further - jobcenters) insurance years of service.

2. In this Procedure terms are used in the following values:

pre-retirement age - age of person 2 years prior to achievement of retirement age by it, the stipulated in Clause 26 Laws of Ukraine "About obligatory national pension insurance";

the unemployed re-registration - renewal of registration of the unemployed if after the termination of advance registration the unemployed did not find a job;

the termination of registration of the unemployed - deprivation of the person (loss by person) of the status of the registered unemployed person;

registration of the unemployed - introduction of data on the personality who addressed for assistance in employment, in Single information and analytical system of public service of employment with the subsequent provision by it (the introduction in) the status of the registered unemployed person.
