About transfer of powers to the Eurasian economic commission on control of observance of single competition rules in the cross-border markets in the territories of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space
Due to the execution of the requirements provided by articles 29 and 30 of the Agreement on the single principles and competition rules of December 9, 2010, the Supreme Eurasian economic council at the level of heads of states solved:
1. Delegate to the Eurasian economic commission powers on control of observance of single competition rules in the cross-border markets in the territories of state members of the Customs union and the Common economic space.
2. This Decision becomes effective after ten days from the effective date of the Agreement on procedure for protection of confidential information and responsibility for its disclosure when implementing of powers by the Eurasian economic commission on control of observance of single competition rules.
