Chapter 1. General provisions

1.1. The subject of credit history (the user of credit history) has the right to obtain information on BKI in which credit history of the subject of credit history is stored, or on lack of such information by means of the direction through the notary of request in TsKKI (further - request of the subject of credit history (the user of credit history) created based on the statement of the subject of credit history (the user of credit history).

1.2. The subject of credit history (the user of credit history) specifies the address and method of transfer of the answer in the statement to it from TsKKI, and also submits to the notary the following documents:

1.2.1. the subject of credit history - physical person (individual entrepreneur) - the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation or in case of its absence other identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;

b) The certificate on state registration of a person as an individual entrepreneur (The certificate on entering into the Unified State Register of Private Entrepreneurs of record about the individual entrepreneur registered till January 1, 2004) (the original or properly verified copy);

c) consent of the subject of credit history.

1.3. The copy (properly verified copy) of the consent of the subject of credit history provided (provided) to the notary the user of credit history remains stored at the notary.

The arbitration manager appointed for holding the procedure applied in the case of the insolvency (bankruptcy) (further - the arbitration manager) having the right to obtain information on BKI in which credit history of the subject of credit history, or about lack of such information by means of the direction through the notary of the request in TsKKI (further - request of the financial manager) created based on the statement of the arbitration manager is stored.

The arbitration manager specifies the address and method of transfer of the answer in the statement to it from TsKKI, and also submits to the notary the following documents:

a) the passport of the citizen of the Russian Federation or in case of its absence - other identity document in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation;

b) court resolution about statement of the arbitration manager in the case of insolvency (bankruptcy) of the required subject of credit history.

1.5. The request of the subject of credit history (the user of credit history), request of the heir shall contain information on the subject of credit history containing in title part of credit history, agrees to one of lists of key details according to which the data provided in request of the subject of credit history (the user of credit history), request of the heir in TsKKI established by appendix 1 to this Instruction are specified.

1.6. Data in request of the arbitration manager concerning the subject of credit history - physical person are specified according to the list of key details provided in Item 1 of appendix 1 to this Instruction concerning the subject of credit history - the legal entity - according to the list of key details provided in Item 2 of appendix 1 to this Instruction.

The reply of TsKKI goes to the arbitration manager according to the procedure, similar established by this Instruction for subjects of credit stories.

Chapter 2. Procedure for the direction of requests in TsKKI and receipts from it of information on BKI in which credit history of the subject of credit history is stored

2.1. The request of the subject of credit history (the user of credit history), request of the heir electronically go the notary to Federal notarial chamber (further - FNP) by means of notariate unified information system in day of receipt of the corresponding statement.

2.2. FNP sends the inquiries of the subject of credit history (the user of credit history), request of the heir which arrived from the notary by e-mail to TsKKI using the means of cryptographic information security accepted to use in the Bank of Russia to the e-mail address: bkickki@cbr.ru.
