RESOLUTION OF NATIONAL STATISTICAL COMMITTEE OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "Report on retail trade" and instructions for its filling

Based on the Regulations on National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus approved by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Belarus of August 26, 2008 No. 445 "About some questions of bodies of the state statistics" the National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" of annual frequency and enact it starting with the report for 2015.

2. Approve the enclosed Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" and enact them starting with the report for 2015.

3. Extend the form of the state statistical reporting specified in Item 1 of this resolution on legal entities (except peasant farms), the separate divisions of legal entities having separate balance, performing retail trade according to Item 1 of the Instructions on filling of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" approved by this resolution.

4. Declare invalid the resolution of National Statistical Committee of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2014 No. 202 "About approval of form of the state statistical reporting 1 bidding (retail) "The report on retail trade" and instructions for its filling" (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 06.12. 2014, 7/2987).

5. This resolution becomes effective in fifteen working days after its signing.
