ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA

of December 9, 2015 No. 850

About the state order on advanced training of personnel of bodies of public management for 2016

Based on provisions of article 37 of the Law on the state position and the status of the government employee No. 158-XVI of July 4, 2008 (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2008, Art. No. 230-232, 840), with subsequent changes and amendments, and also for the purpose of increase in efficiency of activities of personnel of bodies of public management, the Government DECIDES:

1. Approve the state order on advanced training of personnel of bodies of public management for 2016 established Academies of public management it (is applied).

2. Academies of public management:

1) to develop the Plan of accomplishment of the state order and after its coordination with the State office to dispatch to bodies of public management;

2) to coordinate training programs with the State office and to provide quality and practical nature of training programs, guaranteeing their accomplishment according to provisions of the regulatory base regulating actions for advanced training of personnel of bodies of public management;

3) to invite participants to training courses according to the Plan of accomplishment of the state order and requests arriving from bodies of public management, and also to provide them with required didactic materials;

4) to submit time in half-year of the State office reports on accomplishment of the state order.

3. To bodies of public management:

To direct 1) for training of officials, according to the Plan of accomplishment of the state order;

To provide 2), at the request of Academy of public management, participation of heads and specialists in development and accomplishment of training programs as teachers.

4. The expenses necessary for accomplishment of the state order to cover strictly within budgetary appropriations and number of the established posts approved Academies of public management for 2016.

5. State office:

1) to coordinate process of accomplishment of the state order, to perform monitoring and assessment of its accomplishment;

2) to coordinate the events for advanced training of personnel of bodies of public management held in case of financial support of partners in development;

3) to inform the Government on professional development of personnel of bodies of public management in 2016.
