About approval of the Concept of development of halalas industries in the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of creation of conditions for development of halalas industries in the Kyrgyz Republic, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Approve the Concept of development of halalas industries in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.
2. Determine working body regarding coordination of implementation of the Concept of development of halalas industries in the Kyrgyz Republic the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

In the modern world of one of the most perspective and high-growth industries of the food industry production of halalas products is.
This factor is connected with origin and increase in requirements of the world community to quality and ecological compatibility of food products. Main objective of the Concept - determination of the main directions of development of halalas industries in the Kyrgyz Republic, including promotions domestic halalas products both on internal, and in the foreign market.
The concept is developed for the purpose of realization of Items 5.1. and 10.1. National sustainability strategy of the Kyrgyz Republic for 2013-2017 approved by the Presidential decree of the Kyrgyz Republic of January 21, 2013 No. 11, and also subitem 10.5 of the Actions plan approved by the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About measures for program implementation for transition of the Kyrgyz Republic to sustainable development for 2013-2017 in 2014" of February 28, 2014 No. 110.
The concept is based on implementation of the principles of "green economy" which is perspective vector of development for Kyrgyzstan as the country has many types of natural resources for promotion of this initiative.
The concept will allow to satisfy the needs of the population for safe food products, and also will open the prospects of development of the country in the field of production and promotion of products of the Kyrgyz Republic in the foreign market as exporter environmentally friendly halalas products.
The basic principles of production of halalas products are:
- application of the international or regional/national standards shown to products of "halalas";
- compliance of halalas products to requirements of technical regulations.
Now halalas industries turned into one of the most profitable and developing industries in the world.
