About allocation from the republican budget of funds for mitigation of consequences of emergency situations
According to subitem 1.2 of Item 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of December 30, 2014 "About the republican budget for 2015" the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Allocate to the Ministry of Finance in III quarter 2015 at the expense of the means provided in the republican budget on financing of the expenses connected with natural disasters, accidents and catastrophic crashes:
To the ministry of forestry of 17 750 million rubles, including on financing of current expenses - 5400 million rubles, acquisition to the public forestry and landscape institutions of the logging equipment according to appendix for the cabin (cleaning) of the plantings damaged by wildfires on sites of forest fund - 12 350 million rubles;
To the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of 570 million rubles on acquisition of two special cars for Department of veterinary and food supervision of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
2. To the ministry of forestry:
provide till November 1, 2015 the cabin (cleaning) of the plantings damaged by wildfires on sites of forest fund of the public forestry and landscape institutions of the Brest and Gomel regions with procurement of wood in amount of 156,1 to one thousand cubic meters;
determine amounts and methods of reforestation on the sites of forest fund damaged by wildfires and to provide on them landing of forest cultures in 2016-2017.
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance.
