Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The regulations of the state service "Execution of Invitations to Entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan on Private Affairs" (further - the state service) are developed according to the standard of the state service "Execution of Invitations to Entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan on Private Affairs" approved by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 14, 2015 No. 344 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11101) (further - the standard).

5) coordination of materials with bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - KNB RK) is performed through "Golden eagle Ministry of Internal Affairs" within three working days. By the written request KNB RK the specified term is prolonged up to 30 calendar days.

The service provider within five working days with indication of the reasons and renewal terms of rendering the state service, sends the written notice of prolongation of terms of rendering the state service to the State corporation in form, according to appendix of 1 standard of the state service for the subsequent informing uslugopoluchatel;

6) registration by the contractor based on results of check through IBD and coordination with KNB RK of the invitation to entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan on private affairs or the motivated answer about refusal in rendering the state service within one hour in day of receipt from KNB RK;

7) the management of the service provider signs and certified by official stamp of the service provider the invitation to entry into the Republic of Kazakhstan on private affairs or the motivated answer about refusal of rendering the state service within ten minutes in day of receipt from KNB RK;
