About reorganization of some organizations

Based on articles 2 and 29 of the Law on health protection No. 411-XIII of March 28, 1995. 1. Accept the offer of the Ministry of Health on reorganization of the National center of blood transfusion by merging (merge) of the Regional center of blood transfusion, mun. Belts, and Regional center of blood transfusion, Kakhul.

2. To the Ministry of Health:

1) to found the commission on reorganization of the specified organizations in a month;

To provide 2) by means of the commission on reorganization merging of the specified organizations according to the procedure, established by the legislation, and cession of property from the Regional center of blood transfusion, mun. Belts, and the Regional center of blood transfusion, Kakhul, to the National center of blood transfusion, according to requirements of the Regulations on procedure for transfer of the state companies, the organizations, organizations, their divisions, buildings, constructions, fixed assets and other assets approved by the Order of the Government No. 688 of October 9, 1995. (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1996, No. 10, the Art. 45), with subsequent changes and amendments;

3) to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure structure, the extreme number of staff and provision of the National center of blood transfusion.

3. Release of workers in connection with reorganization of the National center of blood transfusion, the Regional center of blood transfusion, mun. Belts, and the Regional center of blood transfusion, Kakhul to perform according to the existing labor law.

4. To perform the expenses connected with implementation of this resolution for the account and within the assignments approved in the government budget for 2015.

5. To the agency of land relations and inventory to make necessary changes to cadastral documentation according to provisions of this resolution.

6. In appendix No. 3 to the Order of the Government No. 397 of May 31, 2011. "About approval of the Regulations on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Health, structure and the extreme number of staff of its central office" (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2011, No. 95, of the Art. 458), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:

in the Section I:

55 and 55-1 to exclude line items;

add with line item 60 following contents:

"60. The rehabilitation center for children of the village Ivancha, the area Orkhey";

in the Section II line item "The rehabilitation center for children of the village Ivancha, the area Orkhey" to exclude.
