ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

About approval of the inventory, export and (or) import of which are performed based on allowing documents according to international treaties and allowing documents which are issued by state bodies

According to the subitem 2) of Article 10 and Item 1 of article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 16, 2014 "About permissions and notifications" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Approve the enclosed inventory, export and (or) import of which are performed based on allowing documents according to international treaties and allowing documents which are issued by state bodies.

2. Recognize invalid some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix to this resolution.

3. This resolution becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
