This Provision establishes procedure for the accelerated and simplified issue of permissions to temporary residence to the foreign citizens and stateless persons (further - foreign citizens) attracted to labor activity by the legal entities or physical persons who signed civil construction agreements of the infrastructure facilities provided by the Program of preparation for carrying out in 2018 in the Russian Federation of the FIFA World Cup approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 20, 2013 No. 518 "About the Program of preparation for carrying out in 2018 in the Russian Federation of the FIFA World Cup" (further respectively - legal entities or physical persons, the Program).

2. Executives in charge of the Program create lists of legal entities or physical persons and monthly specify them.

Executives in charge of the Program monthly, the 5th, send lists of legal entities or physical persons for approval in Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
