1. Approve the enclosed Rules of provision of data by authorized body of development of agro-industrial complex in the amounts of the received subsidies at the expense of budgetary funds of tax amount for value added by procurement organization in the sphere of agro-industrial complex.

2. To committee of state revenues of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Ergozhin of E.) in the procedure established by the legislation to provide:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order its direction on official publication in periodic printing editions and information system of law of Ad_let;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after day of its first official publication.

1. These rules of provision of data by authorized body in the field of development of agro-industrial complex in the amounts of the received subsidies at the expense of budgetary funds of tax amount for value added by procurement organization in the sphere of agro-industrial complex, form and term are developed according to Item 7-2 of article 583 of the Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 10, 2008 "About taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget" (Tax code) and determine procedure for submission of data by the amounts of the received subsidies at the expense of budgetary funds of tax amount for value added procurement organization in the sphere of agro-industrial complex.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

1) data - data on the amounts of the received subsidies at the expense of budgetary funds of tax amount for value added procurement organization in the sphere of agro-industrial complex;

2) authorized body - the state body performing management in the sphere of ensuring receipts of taxes and other obligatory payments in the budget.

3. Data are represented by authorized body in the field of development of agro-industrial complex to authorized body on the procurement organizations in the sphere of the agro-industrial complex which received subsidizing of tax amount on value added, paid to the budget annually till December 1 in form according to appendix to these rules.

4. The authorized body in the field of development of agro-industrial complex sends to authorized body of the data on the channel of electronic communication of Single transport system of state bodies.
